Delivery Areas

  • We JUST deliver orders to the cities in VIETNAM. Except for some remote areas, mountains or areas with difficult access.
  • We guarantee to deliver your order on time unless there is an unavoidable circumstances. Orders that cannot be delivered the same day will be delivered the next day.

Delivery Times

  • Please select a DELIVERY DATE (Vietnam time) for your order before checkout. We will do everything possible to accommodate your selected delivery date. Specific clock time cannot be requested.
  • We can only try our best to offer delivery (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM) when request, except Holidays (Such as: Valentine’s Day, Women's Day, ect ...).
  • Please write the DELIVERY TIME in "Add special instructions for your order" box if you requested delivery time.

Same Day Delivery Guaranteed

  • We will deliver fresh flowers and gifts SAME DAY DELIVERY you place the order BEFORE 6:00 PM (local time in Vietnam) for locations in Saigon (HCM City), Hanoi and Danang. Order placed AFTER 6:00 PM (Vietnam time) will available the next day delivery.
  • Others cities, we will deliver flowers and gifts SAME DAY DELIVERY you place the order BEFORE 4:00 PM (local time in Vietnam). Order placed AFTER 4:00 PM (Vietnam time) will available the next day delivery
  • Our delivery time is between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Sunday local time in Vietnam.

Recipient’s Information

  • Please DOUBLE CHECK the recipient’s name, address and contact phone number before confirm your order.
  • Please provide both home and mobile phone number if you have to help us for faster delivery.
  • VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: A contact phone number is REQUIRED for orders deliver in Vietnam. We reserve the right to REFUSE delivery without the recipient's phone number or wrong address.
  • If you only have phone number and NO address, please state in the delivery instruction so we can contact the recipient for delivery address.

A FREE card is included on every order for your personalized message to the recipient.

Status of Delivery

We will update your order status and send email notify delivered status when your order delivery.
